To help students understand this unthinkable, and ways to defeat the thoughts it makes us have, the students will read: The Busy Beaver by Nicholas Oldland, Donald Cribbs, MA. Superflex Coloring Page. For each character, Identify the Problem each Unthinkable Causes, and the Strategies Superflex uses to defeat the Unthinkable. Then have the participant color.

Energy Hare-y Gives you too much energy you are moving around and fidgeting too much WHAT YOU CAN DO TO DEFEAT ENERGY HARE-Y Use whole body listening. Check with your eyes to see how others are acting. Match their calmness. Take a deep breath to calm down.
